Complaints Process
Complaints can be made either verbally by calling 09 430 0988 or 0508 637 200 or by downloading the Complaint Form (DOCX, 95 KB) and then emailing the completed form to northable@northable.org.nz
Once the complaint or concern has been received these will be forwarded to the relevant service involved, please see the attached Complaint Policy & Process for further information regarding this process.
